Designing Digital Collaboration

Successful teamwork on a team takes effective collaboration. But when the team is distributed and free to work from anywhere, how do we maintain the harmony, sense of belonging, and motivation that it takes to make teamwork effective? Yes, there's tools for communication. But belonging and a sense of place when remote work is growing is increasingly important both for businesses and for individuals in teams.

In-House is international in the most literal sense. In this workshop, In-House International (and, potentially, friends) will explore the nuances of digital collaboration—how to maintain positive relationships in remote working environments and the ways in which our digital behaviors must be modified to meet our social needs in online, creative teams.
