Join Michael Hsu Office of Architecture for a studio tour to peek behind the scenes, talk with their team and engage in a discussion of process, philosophy and upcoming work.
For over twelve years, Michael Hsu Office of Architecture has sought to create locally-engaged, design-driven architecture and interiors. We advocate a simple, edited design palette, using available materials to create unexpected results. We also embrace the active collaboration between architect, artist and craftsman. Our numerous adaptive re-use and green building projects demonstrate our passion for imaginative and sustainable solutions from modest resources.
Our work includes a range of diverse projects including the South Congress Hotel, Springdale General, Uchi, P.Terry’s, Plaza Saltillo, and Fareground, Austin’s first food hall. MHOA has completed projects throughout the state of Texas as well as nationally in cities such as Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago and New York City. The office has received numerous design awards including 2016 Firm of the Year from AIA Austin.
Please join us for a studio tour to peek behind the scenes, talk with our team and engage in a discussion of process, philosophy and upcoming work.
