Improving City Services Through Service Design
For residents whose needs have not been met by public services, the Service Design Lab is both an advocate and a space for engagement that provides a pathway to equity and accessibility through collaborative problem solving and feedback.
For city employees and management who want to combat daily and systemic dysfunction in existing and new public services, the Service Design Lab is a consultant that provides a pathway to efficiency and reliability through process mapping, prototyping, and co-creation.
