Matt Fajkus Architecture Studio Tour & Gallery of Student Work

Matt Fajkus Architecture is an architecture and design studio which welcomes residential and commercial projects. The practice brings collaborative energy to every project and is simultaneously an academic think tank directly connected to theoretical and technological research at the University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, while also practicing with a deep focus on realizing exceptional buildings. The firm is driven by the optimism that we live in an ideal time to affect positive change locally and globally, all accomplished by intelligent design.

Join us for an informal open studio hour to see the studio and learn about how the practice approaches design and considers the future of the built environment through a lens of sustainability. University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture students from Matt’s design studio at the “Pandemonium, Purgatory, & Paradise: Sustainable Management of Contextual and Resilient Systems” will be in the office to discuss their conceptual work on a resilience hub in Austin. Come with your questions about both practice and academia, as well as the feedback between the two realms as they shape the future of architecture and design.
