Eleni Gesch-Karamanlidis is a consultant who helps people in organizations communicate and collaborate better as they tackle large-scale innovation. Previously, she was a conversation designer in the City of Austin's Design, Technology, and Innovation Fellowship, where she helped diverse groups work through their competing needs. She's also a communication researcher studying ways to better manage difficult conversations within and across organizations. In her free time, she coaches kids' rowing.
