Lyric Metroplos is a UX designer & researcher and social media strategist. She considers herself to be a lifelong student. After graduating from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she unknowingly stumbled upon the world of UX. As she obsessed over the design industry, she began to uncover that this was the field that combined her passion for research as a conceptual artist, her empathy from working in the service industry, as well as my ultimate goal of making the things we do as humans, on a basic level, enjoyable. She takes pride in approaching social media through the lens of human-centered design.

When she's not designing or creating content, she loves playing music and trying new restaurants!
